Abstract: In the review article, the authors identify the main problems discussed at the round table “Problems of access to medical resources in the COVID-19 situation” on May 19, 2022 within the framework of the conference “COVID-19 pandemic in space and time: in the interpretations of specialists in the field of bioethics, psychiatry, public health and healthcare.” The main speakers and the topical problems raised by them are named. It was noted that the problems of access to medical care during the pandemic included not only the immediate opportunity to receive treatment / consultation, but also united the problems of public awareness, acceptance of vaccination, psychological problems of patients and their relatives, etc. The authors also acquaint the reader with the activities of the Republican Center for Bioethics (Belarus, Minsk), priorities and directions of its activities.
