Abstract:On May 22-24, 2017, the International Conference “Social Sciences & Health Innovations: Making Health Public” was held in Tomsk. The focus of this conference was the “public” measurement of public health, as it appears from the point of view of the social sciences (science and technology studies (STS), medical anthropology, sociology and history). The conference participants worked on how to include the public in addressing health and health innovations in the post-Soviet space. The next conference on “Social Sciences and Innovations for Health” will be held in May 2019.
