Key words: cosmology, material basis of human consumption, health maintenance systems
Abstract: The article addresses social, historical and ecological problems of Russian cosmology. It demonstrates significant discrepancies of human capital in human production and human consumption, major losses in the former (human production) and multiple declines of the material basis of human consumption (7-10 times). New fundamental data on the nature of living matter, human intellect and culture are presented. The author formulates topics for discussion on substantial scientific and administrative predominance of capitalocratic socio-administrative climate in the health maintenance systems of the Russian nation and population in its regions.
